The Allegro Royal Sonesta Hotel Chicago Loop

The reason we liked it was good location and staff.

I spent 2 nights here and I liked that. Stylish and clean place with a great lobby. Central location right by the Chicago Loop, bus stops, restaurants, it was in a calm area. Furthermore, the hotel was walking distance to a super-tall skyscraper.

Pleasant view, exceptionally comfortable bed and perfect breakfast. Cozy room for a comfortable stay. Staff were always very professional and outstandingly accommodating too. The service was exceptional, I loved it too;)))

The place deserved 4 stars. It was central and close to Ford Center Theater. The excellent onsite restaurant had lots of food. I enjoyed this, haven't been in a better hotel.

I had an excellent time at this hotel and would stay here again. I loved the property, it's terrific and the location is ideal close to the theater district. The breakfast was above average with lots of meals.

All was clean, I liked superb stuff and location. The beds where springy here, though it was a decent stay all in all. Perfectly based in a beautiful area.

Wi-Fi was bad, depressing views.

We had a really great time. Everything was clean and great. We booked a deluxe king room with a beautiful bathroom.

Very elegant place with competent staff and free wi-fi. I liked the room, the bed was great. Great stay in this very enjoyable area. Easy check-in was a bonus. Overall very good stay.

Room was huge, cool location and breakfast was absolutely excellent! European style hotel with stylish furniture in the rooms. The property was fairly clean and every staff member was elegant. The service was efficient too. There was an exceptional restaurant, a market and a mall next door.

Perfect 10/10 stay in the secure area. We loved this hotel: location and service were all ideal. Also, you could visit chicago theater. Charming lobby.

Everything was exceptional, it's fairly clean and great hotel. The bed was big and the staff was quite extremely helpful. I loved the non-smoking room, and the exceptional view. Nice stay overall.

Nice building, awesome location and consistently courteous staff. The room I got was particularly good and exceptionally good. The food was delicious, with variety of options. Liked Chicago, the hotel was comfortable. Excellent service and a nice restaurant, available onsite.

Millennium park is in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Staff was all FRIENDLY. We would be happy to recommend it to friends.

The service here was great. If you wish to visit magnificent mile, this place is perfect. Breakfast was served in the restaurant.
